  To download a file, please follow the instructions below. Be aware that we are not responsible for any damage to your computer that may have or may not have resulted from these downloads. Our downloads are password protected. To gain access to them, please call one of our offices or send us an email.
1. Call Norm @ 803.663.7000 for your download userid and password. 2. Click on desired file, choose Save and navigate to the selected location on your computer. This will transfer a compressed file which you can extract to a folder on your computer. 3.Navigate to your saved folder and click on the Setup file. . The installation program will load. Follow the on-screen instructions. For the Profits CD's, navigate to Complete Programs and select Datasym or Samsung depending on which CD you downloaded 4. Call Norm @ 803.663.7000 for a tour of your newly installed program. |
